A "reference proceeding" will be held in respect of the Late Mr. Thinakaran a/l Prabhakaran the departed member of the Perak Bar on Friday 25th November 2011 before Yang Arif  Dato’ Zainal Adzam Bin Abd Ghani. The details of the said proceeding  are as stated below:-

Time    :  9.00 a.m.

Venue  :  Ipoh High Court (No. 2) Old Building

National Young Lawyers Working Conditions Survey

Dear members,

The link to the National Young Lawyers Working Conditions Survey is HERE. Please download the same and send the same back to Bar Council.

Young Lawyers and Chambering Students are encouraged to do so as the National Young Lawyers Committee will be compiling the answers and release a summary report of the survey. The more replies they get the better the survey will be.

Survey forms from outside of KL will be needed if the survey is to show the differences in working conditions.
