Dear members of the Perak Bar

Re : Request for an Email Address

Further to the circular dated 05.03.2008 (PBC/Circular/18/3/08) concerning the above matter we are pleased to inform you that we have extended the deadline for you to furnish your e-mail address to the Perak Bar to the 31^st of May 2009. If you or your firm do/does not have an e-mail account, we would encourage members to create and/ or open the same soonest possible and before the said deadline.

As we wish to promote an efficient and cost effective method of circulating information please note that after the said deadline of 31^st of May 2009 all correspondence i.e. circulars, updates and information relating to the Perak Bar will be circulated by e-mail only (should you choose to obtain your future correspondence i.e. circulars and updates by e-mail) and may also be viewed on the Perak Bar blog (http://www.perakbar.blogspot.com). This is to reduce the increasing cost of stationary and other corresponding material.

Please find enclosed herewith a reply slip to indicate your preferred mode of correspondence. Kindly return the said reply slip by or before the 31^st of May 2009.
