CIVIL DIVISION OF SHAH ALAM HIGH COURT BEING MOVED

Dear Members of the Bar,

We refer to SBC Circular 082/09 dated 11.09.2009 on the Moving of the Civil Division of the Shah Alam High Courts to the MRCB Building effective 01.10.2009.

We have been given the following updates by the Deputy Registrar (Civil Division) Puan Arleen binti Ramly :-

i) All cases involving code 31 & 32 will remain at the Court Complex. Item 15 of the “Pelan Kedudukan di MRCB” annexed as Annexure “B” to our Circular dated 11.09.2009 is thus deleted.

ii) Cases involving Code 38 will remain at the Court Complex.

iii) Y.A. Datuk Nurchaya Binti Hj. Arshad (T track) will be sitting at the 6^th. Floor.

iv) All filing of documents (Civil Division) by post are to be addressed to the Deputy Registrar at the Court Complex wherein they will be opened and forwarded to the MRCB Building for processing by the court.

v) All letters ( requesting for adjournment, status of case) and other urgent mail must be sent/ posted directly to the respective court at the MRCB Building.

vi) All correspondence by fax for civil matters must be faxed to the MRCB Building. The fax no. will be given by the court in due course.

Vii) There will be a plan/ map at the Ground Floor of the MRCB building (close to the lifts) for ease of reference.
