Dear Members,
It has come to the attention of the Perak Bar Committee that there has been a number of complaints with regard to the new Fast Track system in the Courts. However in order for the Perak Bar to take this up with the relevant people, we require a written complaint detailing the reason for your distress.
The Perak Bar Committee has made arrangements to see the Learned Judge in charge of the Fast Track System soon.
Therefore, kindly let us have your written complaints latest by the 10th March 2010.
We hope to address all issues before the Learned Judge and we will let you have the feedback once we obtain it.
